Hello Everyone,
Today is new years eve, i have been away over the christmas break and had such a good time. Today as i was in running my bath, i was reflecting back on 2016 as a whole, to think that 2017 is only a day away is so surreal.
For me, overall 2016 has been very good. I have learnt more about myself, my strengths and weaknesses and likes and dislikes. It has shown me that i am capable of much more than i thought i am.
This year i have achieved the one year anniversary of 'b1tsandbeautyy' this was very big for me as my instagram and blog are now a massive part of my life and it is a part of my life that i am very proud of, mainly because of the people around me who support it and of course my readers.
This year i hit 1300 instagram followers, which personally i find crazy.
Also in 2016 i reached 3,000 blog visitors which then very soon reached 4,000 blog visitors, which i am immensely proud of.
Also probably the best thing that i have done this year is stick to my New years resolutions that i made back in January 2016, if you would like to check that blog out then click here.

is Propercorn the best popcorn brand?
Hello everyone
Proper-taste, proper-packaging, proper-corn. Propercorn is true to it name, so when I saw the orange case of popcorn on my doorstep, I was estatic, this is a brand I have seen marketed on Instagram and other social media and I was desperate to try the product.
If you don't know, Propercorn is a popcorn brand set up in 2011 by Cassandra and Ryan in London. The story behind the start up of propercorn is on the back of each and every bag.
First of all the packaging of the box is incredible. With the box looking like a giant orange vintage
case. This shows how much care and detail goes into the look of the box.
The bags themselves are made out of a thick material and have lovely bright colours such as Red, Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue and a magnolia. All of the flavours are reflected through the colours of the bags. The products are all very eye-catching and unique.
Overall I got sent 6 different flavours to try out and review, these flavours are all the classic flavours and they are available on the online store, if you want a look click HERE.
The first flavour I tried was sour cream & black pepper, this is one of my favourite flavours as it has a really strong pepper taste with the taste of the sour cream coming in after. It also melts away in your mouth which I think is lovely, this makes this particular flavour of popcorn very enjoyable and flavourful. Overall I would rate this flavour 8/10
The next flavour is sweet coconut and vanilla. Unfortunately I don't like the taste of coconut but I gave the packets to family and friends and they said they loved the taste of the popcorn as it had a lovely strong sweet taste, also the best part about this brand is the popcorn is 100% guilt free.
Lightly sea salted was my favourite flavour ever. It hasn't got the strongest salted flavour which I think is really good because then it wouldn't be as nice as it would be too strong but because of the light salt it has a nice aftertaste. I would rate this a 9/10.
The next flavour is sun dried tomato and Worcester sauce this flavour reminded me of crisps I used to have when I was younger. This flavour is lovely and strong with a nice spice. overall I would rate these a 8.5/10.
The next flavour I got sent was sweet & salty, this is a classic popcorn flavour and I absolutely love it. Even though I prefer propercorn's twist on the flavour than the usual flavour as its not too strong because sometimes it can be very strong and either too sweet or too salty. I found that this particular brand has the perfect balance of flavour. because of this I rate this flavour a 7/10.
lastly I got sent smooth peanut and almond similar to the coconut flavour I wasn't overly keen on this but my family informed me that it was really delicious as it wasn't too strong but it was very flavourful. This flavour would be perfect for any nut lover.
firstly proper corn for sending me these products to try and review. This assortment of popcorn would be a perfect Christmas gift. I am definitely going to be purchasing more of these products as I personally believe that propercorn is the best popcorn brand that I have tried as they have really good flavours, the presentation of the product is very thoughtful and clever and they are healthier alternative to other snacks. Amie skincare product review | B1tsandbeautyy
Hello everyone
In today's blog post I am going to be reviewing products that were kindly sent to me from the brand Amie skincare. I would like to note, yes I did receive the products free but this blog post is not sponsored and all opinions on these products are my own.
Firstly about the brand, Amie skincare is a natural skincare and beauty brand. Which specialises in making products that are free from harsh chemicals. I think one of the best things about the brand is that they do not test on animals and it's suitable for vegetarians and vegans , which makes the brand much more approachable.
I kindly got sent two full sized products from Amie skin care which I have tried and tested, to review for you.
The first product I received is a micellar water by Amie.
This is in a 200ml bottle which is great as you get plenty of product. The product itself has a lovely fragrance, of which I prefer to the leading brand of garnier micellar water. Even though it is good at taking off light makeup such as face makeup ( foundations etc.), mascaras and eyeshadow.As it can remove this makeup within one wipe,which is very good. It takes awhile to remove eyebrow product such as pomade and eyeliner. This usually take 4-5 wipes of product to remove the makeup. This may be because the eyebrow pomade I use is waterproof, which may make it hard to remove. For that reason I don't think it is as good as the leading brand off garnier micellar water. Nevertheless I believe that it's a very good micellar water and comes very close to the leading brands.

The next product i was sent is a new leaf deep pore exfoliating polish. On the packaging it states to only use it once or twice a week. So I have only used it once but the immediate results are fantastic. straight after using the product my skin felt so smoothed and moisturised. Also I suffer greatly with combination skin which means sometimes it's very oily ( my Tzone especially) whereas on other occasions my skin can be quite dry. This product is perfect as the morning after using the product my skin has been less dry and less oily, which means it helps balance out my skin. Also it has a lovely fragrance like the micellar water.

Overall I am so impressed with the Amie Skincare range. I would definitely recommend the brand to anyone, especially people with normal to oily skin. I think the micellar water and deep pore exfoliating polish are such great quality products and I would like to thank the brand for sending products over for me to review!

So, how's school?..
Hello everyone
so for this blog I have decided to talk about how I am dealing with year 11,(quick note if you don't live in the UK, year eleven is the last year in main school). Also this blog may turn into a massive vent but it has to be done, ha!
Obviously, I am only into the year by one term but already the pressure is pretty intense. This could be because two of my optional subjects are 60% coursework (art and music), which is just horrible. But the real reason is the teachers, because they mention the limited amount of time probably every second of every day, this is so infuriating for someone like me, who knows the amount of time before exams and how important this year is.
Another thing is when you come to making the decision of GCSE options, PLEASE ,PLEASE,choose wisely because I guarantee you will look back on your options and think "why did I choose that?". I took Business, Geography, Music and Art. I love Business and geography. I like music and art is ok , even though its a lot of pressure and a lot of deadlines to meet.(Please don't take this as 'don't take this subject as you will hate it' ).
Also I was 13 when I chose my options, so I didn't know what I wanted to do when I left school, now two years later I have a much clearer idea. Which means now looking back there is two subjects that would have been better for my suited career path, I can take them hopefully for A level.
Even though the pressure is a lot, the teachers keep stressing me out and I have a few small regrets. I am so content at my school and I have always been happy with my school life and my amazing friends.
I suppose the main thing I want you to take from this blog is that, school can be stressful and some days you can't be bothered to get up and go in. But the purpose is to help us and give us 'skills for life' (so cliché I know). So try and stick with it and keep smiling.

Nurbesten Product Review
Last week I was lucky enough to receive a package of a company called nurbesten which is a online makeup and accessories department store. I was offered 4 items with a total amount of $35.
The first product I picked was a silicone makeup cleansing brush egg, in pink. I have wanted one of these for such a long time and was deliberating purchasing the real techniques cleansing pad, so when I saw this on nurbesten I knew I needed to ask for it. On the website it is £1.27 which I think is an amazing price, as the quality of the tool is amazing, it cleans my brushes so easily. This is probably my favourite product that I received from nurbesten as it really helps when coming to clean my brushes.
The next product I picked from nubersten is a blush by mixiu, there is two options and I picked option 2 as it has a peachy tone which I like.
The product comes with a compact mirror and a brush. The product itself has a good pigmentation and is made out of fruit oil. Even though the blush is very pink so I have only been using a small amount. Also the blush is presented like a flower which is a nice decorative pattern. On nurbesten the blush is £3.36 which is very reasonable.

The next product is a 28 pan unbranded eyeshadow palette, this has 20 warm nude eyeshadow shades which are all very pretty. Unfortunately you will see in one of the pictures that one pan broke in the post, which is just down to luck. The pigmentation of the light colours isn't brilliant but the pigmentation of the darker shades is really good. overall the palette was £13.99 which I think is a really good price.

The last product I received was a pair of mink eyelashes in 12, the only problem is it doesn't come with glue, so I currently can't try mine on until I get some glue. haha! But on the plus side these are such nice looking eyelashes as they look so natural and they aren't too long which is really good. The eyelashes are also cruelty free which I think is so important and I know many of you will agree.
The eyelashes were £3.47 which again is very reasonable.

Are Kylie Lip kits really worth it?
Hey guys
Today's post is about my makeup child and that is my Kylie Jenner lip kit.
As you can tell I am in love with my lip lot as so many other around the world are but in today's blog I am going to be asking myself is it really worth the hype or the price?!?
So my lip kit is posie K and I got it out of money from my 15th birthday. Overall the product cost me £19 which I think is very good as it comes with a full sized liquid lipstick and a lip liner.
Firstly I think that the liquid lipstick is worth it, this is because it is a very pigmented product, which is 100 percent true as sometimes I only apply one layer and it is enough colour. Also it is extremely long lasting and many people around me have picked up on how long the product last as I can eat and drink and the product is still wearable, this is great as it only need 1 re application usually for a full days wear.
I also really like the lip liner as again it is very pigmented and last a long time but also It is very smooth on my lips when I apply it and the packaging has made it very easy to apply.
So overall I am a really big fan of my Kylie Jenner lip kit like so many other people.
The only big problem I have is the delivery, it took around 2 weeks to arrive which I don't think is terrible considering I live around the other side of the world.
But when mine came I had to pay a customs charge ( this may only apply to the UK) of £11 which made my overall shipping price £21.45 which I think is a bit extreme considering that it's more than the actual product
So overall I do think the Kylie Jenner lip kit is worth It and I will be ordering more hopefully in the next few days. Even though I would recommended it I would say be careful of delivery charges and custom charges

Why I love autumn| b1tsandbeautyy
Hello everyone
I am very excited that it is finally September and as much as I do love summer, I start to get a little bit sick of it and desperately want a new season to kick start.
I love everything about autumn/fall and I know it may be a little early to start talking about this new season but I am going to anyway.
The first thing I love about autumn is the temperature because summer can sometimes get a bit sticky and sweaty ( ew gross I know) and winter can be very cold and chilly, but autumn is that nice comfortable living temperature because as I am writing this it is a mild night with a cool breeze which is so refreshing.
Another this (which is totally beauty related, I know I am sorry) is the autumnal makeup shade. Now this paragraph just screams dark, plum shaded lips and dark brow eyeshadow.This year I really really want to get a dark lip look that's nice an autumnal but not too dark as last year I didn't dig dark lips as much.
The clothing is another massive part of why I love autumn because I am not the biggest fan of vest tops and shorts (for summer ) or coats,scarfs,gloves,hats and 100 other layers (for winter). So autumn is perfect as I love wearing jumpers, jeans and boots/shoes.
Also the landscape and the tones and shades of autumn are all so lovely. There is nothing nicer than the soft brown and red leaves falling down onto piles and piles of red and brown. (This next part is so detailed but 100% true) Also the crunch of the leaves as you step on to them is such a nice sound.

summer sunglasses
Hello everyone,
So at long last summer is here (even though it may not feel like it sometimes) and there is one thing every girl needs to compliment their summer look - yes a new pair of sunglasses!
I have had the same pair of sunglasses for 2 summers now and I was getting quite bored of them and wanted a new fresh pair of sunglasses. Like everything I find a nice pair of sunglasses very very hard to find and can sometimes spend 5hrs scouring the interweb for the products and only find sunglasses that are bad quality or sunglasses that I have to spend £30 minimum on. This year I was determined to find a good pair of sunglasses for a good price.
Conveniently I am signed up to a blogger programme with an amazing company called coconut lane which specialise in accessories, home ware and now sunglasses. I had received an email from coconut lane kindly gifting their 'coconut queens' with a £10 voucher to spend on the online store.
As I was looking on the site I came across a pair of sunglasses which looked nice and I decided to order the sunglasses they were £11.50 and because of my £10 voucher the basket total came to £1.50.
Then standard UK delivery was £1.95 (which is the cheapest I have ever seen it before) so all together I spent £3.45 on coconut lane.
I ordered it on Wednesday evening and it arrived today, this is probably the quickest delivery I have ever got! haha! The parcel packaging is very nice, hot pink parcel with a lot of padding to keep the product safe.
The sunglasses are lovely they are frosted transparent frame with blue and green coloured lenses. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable to wear. Aswell as that they are very light and come with small drawstring bag to put them in, this will be very good for when I am travelling later on in the summer.
The original price of the sunglasses I believe is very affordable and I think that they are great quality for the price, also I have a 20% off online voucher for you to use instore an that is 'B1TSANDBEAUTYY20'.

long time no blog ?!?
Hello everyone,
As I am sat in my lesson daydreaming, I think back to when one of my friends asks me when I would blog again because she enjoyed the read. Truthfully it got me thinking about my blog and about how I just abandoned blogging completely for awhile.
I still do my YouTube and my Instagram daily but for some reason I just stopped blogging and I don't know why because I really enjoy writing the bogs and I enjoy feedback about my blogs.
I really feel like I have let the whole blogging thing go and I feel really ashamed because of it. I think my main excuse for the lack of blogs is probably writers block and lets be honest it happens to the best of us. One thing I know is that from now onwards my life will get busier with going into my final year of main school and my exams all of which have priority, of course.
That is why I know that I am not going to be able to promise a blogging schedule because I believe that I pressure myself into making blogs which end up with the blogs either being of bad quality or just rushed and not thought about. So I will be blogging more leisurely and my blogs will be published when they are published. For example whether that is once a week, twice a week. 3 times a week or once a fortnight. I will let you know.

As I am sat in my lesson daydreaming, I think back to when one of my friends asks me when I would blog again because she enjoyed the read. Truthfully it got me thinking about my blog and about how I just abandoned blogging completely for awhile.
I still do my YouTube and my Instagram daily but for some reason I just stopped blogging and I don't know why because I really enjoy writing the bogs and I enjoy feedback about my blogs.
I really feel like I have let the whole blogging thing go and I feel really ashamed because of it. I think my main excuse for the lack of blogs is probably writers block and lets be honest it happens to the best of us. One thing I know is that from now onwards my life will get busier with going into my final year of main school and my exams all of which have priority, of course.
That is why I know that I am not going to be able to promise a blogging schedule because I believe that I pressure myself into making blogs which end up with the blogs either being of bad quality or just rushed and not thought about. So I will be blogging more leisurely and my blogs will be published when they are published. For example whether that is once a week, twice a week. 3 times a week or once a fortnight. I will let you know.

Why did you start blogging and how long for ?
I have been blogging for about 7 months now. I started blogging truthfully because of the girl online book by zoella.
What are your favourite things about blogging ?

When I grow up ? | b1tsandbeautyy
hello everyone
Sorry for not posting blogs as regular, I haven't been very motivated but I am trying my best to keep writing ! Today is another chatting blog post. It's all about what I want to be when I grow up.
For me leaving home and growing up is a very daunting experience and I suppose for most 15 year old girls it would be. Recently I have thought a lot about what I want to be when I grow up but most importantly who I want to be.
What I want to be :
My dream job for when I am old enough is to become a youtuber and blogger. It's my passion, even though there are so many different people out there so desperate for the same job. I would just love to be like zoella but 100% better (if that's even possible). I want to be a role model and someone inspiring for others.
Even though I wouldn't mind working in places like SLG because I would like to work in marketing. I have researched SLG many times now and I love the work they do and I would love to work for them.
Who I want to be :
For me, when I talk about who I want to be it comes down to two things :
Being a happy person. I want to enjoy every day and wear a smile on myself every minute of every day. I want to be known as the person that was always there and always smiling. To me this is a really big thing.
Being a healthy person. This is so important to me, I hate to see families suffer through illnesses and heart ache of lost ones. I don't want my family and friends to feel like that, so that's why it's important to me that I stay healthy and fit
I hope you have enjoyed this short but sweet blog. Hopefully it has got you thinking about who you wasn't to be and what you want to do with your life, but please don't waste it.

#nomakeupmonday | b1tsandbeautyy
Hello everyone
First of all let me address some things, 1) I am so so sorry I didn't not post once last week, I don't want to make an excuse but last week I have been flat out with school work and revision, so I didn't really write any blogs. I promise it will never ever happen again. 2) THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR OVER 2000 PAGEVIEWS !!!!! That is incredible, it honestly means so much ! So thank you all !
Now let's get down to blogging, As you know makeup is my hobbie,passion and life really ! I wear makeup nearly every single day, not because I am not confident in my skin or anything like that but just because I enjoy wearing makeup and creating makeup looks.
Unfortunately though that is not the same for everyone else who wears makeup, some people wear it because they lack in confidence when it comes to their skin. No one should ever be made to feel like that.
So when I was deliberating what this blog could be I realised that some people when they take selfies hashtag #nomakeupmonday and that struck alarm bells in my brain !! I thought that I should use this overused hashtag and make it mean something to me and to you.
From now on once or twice every month I am going to have a #nomakeupmonday and you should too ! It's pretty self explanatory really, all you have to do is on a Monday in the month ( or every Monday in the month ) you should not wear any makeup.
Again like I previously said for me it's not that I am not confident enough in my bare skin,, it's just that I really LOVE makeup. But I am doing this to let my skin have a rest day every once in a while, because we all need to rest some days!
Anyway that's it for this random Sunday night blog, I will be posting two more blogs this week though !!

Lolli balm Product Review | b1tsandbeautyy

Happy Thursday ! Today's blog is a product review on a product I have recently purchased and am loving ! I find it very funny how I have never done a product review ! Also a big thank you for nearly 2k pageviews !!!!
The lolli balm is a lip balm/stick by benefit, which as you know is my go to makeup brand. It is part of a collection including the posiebalm, benebalm and cha cha balm. You can also purchase the tints which are lollitint, benetint, positing and cha cha tint !
Lolli balm is a pink colour, I have had the mini 1.4g version which I got in the frisky six set ! Last weekend I purchased the full sized version recently for £14.50 which can been seen as expensive but I believe that it is good and reasonable for the product you get !
The reason I love the lollibalm so much is because it's a lovely colour for everyday and school. Also it smells absolutely amazing and it is most probably the most moisturising lip product I own. It also stays on your lips for a good 4-5 hours, which is good for a lip product as most of my other lip products only last about 10 minutes before they are gone !
I think is you are looking for a good quality lip balm which you can wear everyday and that will benefit your lips than one of the benefit balms is definitely what you should be looking at. They may be more expensive than drugstore brands but they are definitely worth it

Who wouldn't want to meet any and Dec, they have presented some of the best shows ever and they are so funny but also I believe that they are so genuine and lovely people ! Also I think it's so cool how they have been beatfriends for such a long time !
4- Colleen ballinger
Colleen ballinger is my absolute idol she works so hard all the time, just for people to smile and laugh and I think that's why I would love to meet her also her Hawaii vlogs are my favourite things ever and she just makes me smile and that's why Colleen is on my list !
3- Adele
Well who wouldn't want to meet adele ? 1) she has an incredible voice and 2) again it seems like fame hasn't effected her as a person and she seems so genuine.
2- Anastasia (floral princess)
I think that ana is the most inspiring youtuber because she is the same age as me and also she has very similar interest to me, also I think she seems so kind and that she has an amazing personality so I would love to meet her and talk to her.

This is the number 1 person I would love to meet because she inspired me so much and she has grown my passion for blogging,YouTube and beauty. I also think that zoë is a really genuine and caring person.

SKINCARE
-How many times do you wash your face daily?
About 2 times a day
-What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo)
I have combination which is annoying because one minute it's so out and the next it's really dry
-What is your current facial wash?
The AEOS dew facial each which I love with a passion
-Do you exfoliate?
No I am actually really lazy with exfoliating and only do it once in a while
-What brand do you use?
I use the AEOS exfoliating cream
-What moisturizer do you use?
Nivea cream
-Do you have freckles?
No I don't
-Do you use eye cream?
Occasionally and if I do it the Foy global one.
-Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
At the moment I don't, I get the occasional spot but not acne.
MAKE-UP
-What foundation do you use?
I use Rimmel London wake me up or Rimmel London match perfection both in shade 200 soft beige
-How about concealer?
I use either Rimmel Londons wake me up concelear or maybelline instant anti age, which is really good but the wrong shade for me!!
-Do you know your undertone colour?
No I don't !
-What do you think of fake eyelashes?
I have never had a proper pair so I don't really know.
-Did you know that you are suppose to change your mascara every 3 months?
Yes of course !!
-What brand of mascara do you use?
My favourite is they're real by benefit or smashbox newest one ( I have the mini version of both of the products)
-Sephora or MAC?
Mac because there isn't a Sephora in the UK
-Do you have a MAC Pro-card?
No but I know someone who does, if that counts !

No but I am thinking of buying the urban decay primer potion

Should you start Blogging ? | b1tsandbeautyy
Hello everyone
A few days ago it was the 6 month anniversary of b1tsandbeautyy blogs and it has made me realise how happy and confident I feel in doing this blog.
On Wednesday 9th of September I started my blog and I haven't looked back since. My blog makes me feel like a better person because it's my little corner of the internet where I can write down my thoughts and feelings. Obviously this is a big part of why I started blogging, but the question I am here to ask is should you start blogging ?
Blogging is a great way to express yourself in writing and the best part about blogging is it can be about you in any way.
I chose my blog to be non anonymous but you could be an anonymous blogger so people don't have to know about you personally.
Also you don't have to be the best writer or photographer because I definitely am not but I still have achieved quite a lot.
What I am trying to say is when you are blogging you can do it your way and its your blog to write on or draw on or post photographs on. It's totally up to you
Also I would like to thank all of my readers for everything over the past 6 months.

My Current Makeup Wishlist | b1tsandbeautyy

Only one week till half term !! I am so ready for lye ins because getting up at 7am isn't very nice haha! Any ways for today's blog I have decided to do a makeup Wishlist which is basically a list of makeup which I really want to get or buy. Now I have shortened this list because if not we could be here for days !
1- Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette
I am obsessed with this palette as I have heard some amazing reviews on it and think it looks amazing. To be honest I think I would prefer this to one of the naked palettes.
2- Urban Decay Eyeshadow primer
This also is meant to be very good. I would especially like a eyeshadow primer as my eyeshadow always wears off throughout the course of the day which is super annoying so I think I would like a eyeshadow primer.
3- Nyx lip butter
I am so desperate for one of these it's unreal they look so lovely and creamy. I just imagine that they would be really soft on the lips and also quite colourful.
4- Loreal infallible powder
My powder is nearly run out and I desperately need a new one so recently I asked on my Instagram ' 'which powder do you really recommend ?' and most of my replys were the loreal Infalliable powder and because I trust you guys I have put it on my makeup Wishlist.
5- Benefit Lollibalm
I have the sample of this lipbalm and it is absolutely amazing !! It smells delicious, it's lovely and pigmented and it's super moisturising. So I would really like the full sized Product.

Is it just me or do tests and exams make you feel sick ? I absolutely hate them, purely because I am scared I haven't done enough revision, so that's why in this post I have decided to help you out with some of my best revision tips.
1- Buy new equipment
when revising you need to make sure you have a clean and fresh page, so your mind can concentrate on the task. So buy a new notepad, pens and definitely highlighters or any types of colours.
2- Highlight/ colour things
Visual aids will always help because your mind find them easier to memorise. So make sure when revising : highlight/ underline a few key terms, draw some visual aids nearby, use colours that catch your eye so you can read it easier.
3- Get away from distractions
Make sure when revising you don't sit in a room with people chatting or the TV blaring because you will not be able to concentrate, so instead go into a room with no distractions and you could maybe turn on some quiet music that you enjoy to help with you getting into the revising mood.
4- break the work up
My teachers are forever saying this with things such as homework and recently I have discovered that in fact they are right. Make sure that you don't do your work the night before for hours on end instead an alternative could be that you do it for 30 minutes every night.

Hey guys
I really enjoy writing chatty blogs, so that's why I am doing another one and this one is all about you & the future, enjoy !!
The future, I think is a very daunting thought that gets processed through your mind every so often. The reason I say this is because when you think about it, the future is the biggest unknown element in your life. To me this is scary because you don't know what it will hold, good or bad. But at the same time we have a little controlling of our futures.
Now the control we have we must use to benefit our future selfs and by this I mean is in a years time I will be taking my GCSE exams which will determine my qualifications and jobs for the future, so I must ensure that I reach the best grades I can to help myself out in the future and this could be carried out in all different aspects of life. Another example of this could be in sports, an area which I don't particularly enjoy but I realise that if Istart exercising more than I will become more fit and my health will benefit in the future.
The main point I am trying to reach is that we can't control our futures but the little control we have we must use to benefit our life for the future

Makeup Starter kit | b1tsandbeautyy
Hello everyone
Today's post is another makeup post because i really enjoy writing makeup posts at the moment. This post is all about helping people who are starting out with makeup !! This post is also a collab with the wonderful Freya (@blondeblogger18). Enjoy !
1- Powder
Powder is probably the first makeup product I ever bought because powder is really easy to apply and also you can blend it well so it won't look like you are wearing anything. The first powder I purchased was from MUA which I think is a perfect company to buy from when you are first starting out with powder. Even though now I have Rimmel Londons Stay matte.
2- Concealer
Concealer is another good thing to have as for me I found that it helped me cover up blemishes when I wasn't so comfortable with my skin. I think again when you are first starting to wear makeup you shouldn't buy really expensive makeup, so I use to buy Rimmel Londons' wake me up concealer.
3- Bronzer/ Blusher
I think adding more colour/ definition to your face is key because the last thing I would want is to end up looking like a powdery ghost !! My first blusher and bronzer was again bought from MUA and I think that they were very good and also a very reasonable price.
4- Eyeshadow
I don't think this is a must have item but I really enjoyed trying out eyeshadow looks when I was first experimenting with makeup and I think that it is nice to have a small eyeshadow palette. I think that the collection eyes uncovered pallette is a really nice pallette to have. It is also non expensive and is pretty good.
5- Mascara
Now to me I absolutely love mascara so much and I believe that it is a key item but you don't want to go from wearing no mascara to wearing a dark clumpy black mascara. So i would get a brown coloured mascara as its viable but not too visible, a really good one is Rimmel Londons extra super lash in brown.

Top 5 Lip Products | b1tsandbeautyy

3- Max Factor ( Feline red) 
Today's blog post is about my favourite lip products at the moment !! The products featured are all drugstore and non expensive ! Enjoy
5- MUA shade 11
This is a pretty good lipstick because it is £1 from superdrug, which I think is amazing but also I was surprised at the good quality of the lipstick. It is full of pigmentation and also is quite moisturising and that's why it made it to number 5 on my list !
4- Makeup Revoulution ( Rebel with a cause)
This is number 4 on my list because I think the colour comes off more of a deep red than a purple but is nice a pigmented and also isn't dry. This is also only £1 from superdrug.
This is the prettiest red colour ever ! I is also super moisturising and has really lovely packaging. I am not sure of the price as I got it as a present but i believe that it is around £5.99.
2- Kate Moss lipstick ( 05 )
I purchased this a few days ago, as this was my first Kate moss lipstick I wasn't sure what to expect but I absolutely adore it. The colour is so beautiful and it has beautiful sleek packaging.
1- Stila ( Meg)
I am obsessed with this lipstick and think that it is the prettiest packaging. It also is a nice nude colour and is the most moisturising on my lips. It is usually around £16 but I got it for £5.99 at my local outlet centre.

Spotty Skin | b1tsandbeautyy
Hey everyone
Today's blogpost is all about spots and the reason I am doing this blog is to help guide you guys in your spot troubles.
I have battled with whiteheads and blackheads alot (so far ) .So for this blog I am going to give you some tips on how to help get rid of your spots.
- Make sure to wash your face. Now by this I mean wash it with a face cloth and cleansing facial wash, because just water doesn't really work.
- Try Spot creams and blemish sticks.
Just experiment, buy as much as you can and you will soon find what works for you, trust me. I personally really like the witch blemish stick.
- Don't wear as much makeup - Now I know how annoying it is when you want to wear makeup but you don't want to aggravate the spots so maybe wear less makeup.
- Drink more Water - i have recently been drinking a lot more water and has seen a huge improvement in my skin and I have been getting a lot less spots.
- To get rid of blackhead - I had many blackheads on my nose and the best solution is to get nose strips, they hurt but work really well.
