Too Faced Sweet Peach Palette Review

Hello Everyone,
This post is probably the most exciting makeup product review that I have written! If you used to follow my YouTube ( brownie points if you did) you would've seen that in one of my videos I reviewed the too faced Chocolate Bar palette. So now after receiving the sweet peach palette, I've decided to review this too!

The palette logo.

First of all like all of the too faced product range, the packaging is absolutely GOALS! The outer packaging of the palette is an ombre shade ranging from light pink to a peach shade. with the sweet peach logo and the too faced logo embellished on the front. The casing of the palette itself is similar with the outer packaging.

When you open the palette you are hit by the fresh scent of peaches, this is very similar to the too faced chocolate bar range, which of course smells like chocolate. There are 18  shades in the palette,which I believe is more than the chocolate bar palette (16 shades). As they are the same price this is great as you get 2 extra shades in the sweet peach palette.

When I first saw the palette I was immediately drawn into the 2 peach tones in the middle, as well as the soft nudes to the left and the darker shimmers to the right of the palette.The colours are super pigmented, this of course I was not suprised about,  as too faced are known for their pigmentation.

I think this is a perfect spring/ summer palette as the colours are very warm and vibrant. 

Another great thing about this palette is it's different to other palettes out in the beauty community, this makes it even more desirable. The price of this palette I believe is £39 in the U.K., this is the same  as the other chocolate bar range palettes. 

Honestly I think this is a good price for the quality you get, even though I do believe that there are some really good drugstore palettes, I believe that this palette is so unique that it's worth the price.

My Goals for 2017!

Hello everyone
Happy New Year! sorry i know, i am sick of hearing that greeting aswell, haha. Anyway as promised today's blog  i am going to tell you about my new years resolutions and goals for this year! Last year i stuck by my resolutions which i am pretty proud about.

My First Goal is that i need to exercise more, as i am going on holiday in august and i would like to become fitter for that. I don't want to lose weight but just become fitter. i don't exercise much as to be honest i cannot really be bothered to exercise. I will achieve this goal by running twice a week and doing home exercises.

My second Goal is to study  more and achieve really good GCSE grades, because when i open them in the summer i want to be proud of what i have achieved and not feel disappointed about what i have done. I will try my best to study as much as i possibly can in order to achieve this goal

My third Goal is that i want to become more confident in certain aspects of my life, this includes speaking to people in formal situations.Also in what i wear, i  am a very self conscious person, for example i don't wear cropped tops because i feel self conscious and i won't wear bright coloured lipstick or bold eyeliner as i don't want people to look at me and judge me. This is one of the things that i really want to stop.

My last goal is that i want to be very positive this year, i am always worrying, which sometimes results in a negative outlook. I want to wake up every day and feel good.

Goodbye 2016, Hello 2017

Hello Everyone,
Today is new years eve, i have been away over the christmas break and had such a good time. Today as i was in running my bath, i was reflecting back on 2016 as a whole, to think that 2017 is only a day away is so surreal.

For me, overall 2016 has been very good. I have learnt more about myself, my strengths and weaknesses and likes and dislikes. It has shown me that i am capable of much more than i thought i am.

This year i have achieved the one year anniversary of 'b1tsandbeautyy' this was very big for me as my instagram and blog are now a massive part of my life and it is a part of my life that i am very proud of, mainly because of the people around me who support it and of course my readers.

This year i hit 1300 instagram followers, which personally i find crazy.
Also in 2016 i reached 3,000 blog visitors which then very soon reached 4,000 blog visitors, which i am immensely proud of.

Also probably the best thing that i have done this year is stick to my New years resolutions that i made back in January 2016, if you would like to check that blog out then click here.

is Propercorn the best popcorn brand?

Hello everyone

Proper-taste, proper-packaging, proper-corn. Propercorn is true to it name, so when I saw the orange case of popcorn on my doorstep, I was estatic, this is a brand I have seen marketed on Instagram and other social media and I was desperate to try the product.
If you don't know, Propercorn is a popcorn brand set up in 2011 by Cassandra and Ryan in London. The story behind the start up of propercorn is on the back of each and every bag.

The bright colours once the box was opened.

First of all the packaging of the box is incredible. With the box looking like a giant orange vintage
case. This shows how much care and detail goes into the look of the box.
The bags themselves are made out of a thick material and have lovely bright colours such as Red, Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue and a magnolia. All of the flavours are reflected through the colours of the bags. The products are all very eye-catching and unique.

Overall I got sent 6 different flavours to try out and review, these flavours are all the classic flavours and they are available on the online store, if you want a look click HERE.

The first flavour I tried was sour cream & black pepper, this is one of my favourite flavours as it has a really strong pepper taste with the taste of the sour cream coming in after. It also melts away in your mouth which I think is lovely, this makes this particular flavour of popcorn very enjoyable and flavourful. Overall I would rate this flavour 8/10

The next flavour is sweet coconut and vanilla. Unfortunately I  don't like the taste of coconut but I gave the packets to family and friends and they said they loved the taste of the popcorn as it had a lovely strong sweet taste, also the best part about this brand is the popcorn is 100% guilt free.


Lightly sea salted was my favourite flavour ever. It hasn't got the strongest salted flavour which I think is really good because then it wouldn't be as nice as it would be too strong but because of the light salt it has a nice aftertaste. I would rate this a 9/10.

The next flavour is sun dried tomato and Worcester sauce this flavour reminded me of crisps I used to have when I was younger. This flavour is lovely and strong with a nice spice. overall I would rate these a 8.5/10.

The next flavour I got sent was sweet & salty, this is a classic popcorn flavour and I absolutely love it. Even though I prefer propercorn's twist on the flavour than the usual flavour as its not too strong because sometimes it can be very strong and either too sweet or too salty. I found that this particular brand has the perfect balance of flavour. because of this I rate this flavour a 7/10.

lastly I got sent smooth peanut and almond similar to the coconut flavour I wasn't overly keen on this but my family informed me that it was really delicious as it wasn't too strong but it was very flavourful. This flavour would be perfect for any nut lover.
                                                                


firstly  proper corn for sending me these products to try and review. This assortment of popcorn would be a perfect Christmas gift. I am definitely going to be purchasing more of these products as I  personally believe that propercorn is  the best popcorn brand that I have tried as they have really good flavours, the presentation of the product is very thoughtful and clever and they are healthier alternative to other snacks. I will definitely be re purchasing more products in the future.
